Level Guide

Every teacher and dance style has a slightly different definition for each level. This is only a general guide. If you have specific questions please contact the relevant teachers.

Beginners - For those who have no or very little experience. If you have been dancing for less than 3 months, you can consider yourself a Beginner.

Improvers - For those who have a little bit of experience. From 3 - 6 months you can start learning a slightly more complicated routine with more challenging moves. At this stage you will be able to use the knowledge gained from your Beginners class.

Intermediate - For those who can dance or exercise to a certain level and are ready to improve their skills. If you feel comfortable with core moves of your dance style and are ready for more challenging techniques and specialised moves, then this level is for you.

Advanced - For those who have a solid level of experience with dance/exercise, feel totally comfortable with the desired discipline required and wish to take their skills to a near professional level.

General - For all levels. In these classes the teachers will cater for beginners as well as more experienced students by varying the difficulty and speed to suit all.
