Join Zumba with Rosne every Tuesday and Thursday at 12-1pm!
Dance to Salsa, Merengue,Cumbia,Reagatton, Samba and other World Dance Rhytms! Get a great cardio work-out and tone your legs, abs, arms while having fun!

Zumba with Rosne is suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome too!  This class will leave you energised for the rest of the day so you will not need that afternoon latte!

These classes are for Beginners. 

This class is for Beginners. Asaki will break down basic movements in details so that you should not have to feel lost in the class. There will be a lot of streching exercises as well as the basic belly dance movements for those who have not exercised for a while. You will learn a short choreography (1 min long or so) in the class. You will get the music file and the choreography note for free. The course fee is ₤38.00.This class will be a small class, only accepting upto 8 students due to the size of the studio. 

Should there be spaces available, you can come to the 1st class to try out on a drop-in basis (£12.00) and if you would like to continue, you can pay the rest of the fee (£26.00) in the week 2 or simply drop-in every week for £12.00.  Please contact Asaki on 07956-329-401 one day before the course starts to check the availability.

'Callanetics' is designed to be taught in small groups ensuring that each participant receives dedicated and tailored support from the instructor.

Callan Pinckney created this revolutionary exercise method in the 1980’s to combat her own severe back and knee problems. She discovered that not only did the exercises completely alleviate her pain, they also re-shaped and toned her body.

This very personalized and unique form of exercise utilizes precise positioning to isolate specific muscle groups. Tiny yet powerful movements - called ‘pulses’ - are then used to work these muscles groups.

These ‘pulses’ cause the muscles to work even deeper requiring more muscle fibres to be recruited. More muscle fibres recruited means quicker toning and results you can feel in one hour and see in as little as two!

Each muscle group is warmed, worked and then stretched to ensure total body health increasing strength, flexibility and endurance.
