Expressions Zumbathon
Expressions Studios first ever Zumbathon was a huge success and helped raise much needed funds for vital equipment for the Whittington Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
The day kicked off to a great start with Expressions packed out and everyone raring to go! Zumba instructors Ana Little, Luisa Savino and Luis Guimaraes were fantastic and gave their time for free .
Great fun was had by all which included representatives from the Whittington’s Neo Natal Unit and their fundraising department. Ade Oremule, Deputy Matron of the unit said "I, along with some of our staff, took part in Expression's first and very enjoyable Zumbathon. We had fun, fun, fun! It was a great event to get fit and raise funds. Thanks to the brilliant Expression Zumba Instructors and to everyone who took part."
Expressions would like to thank the following organisers - Ana Little, Linzi Beuselinck, Trina Collins and Dessy Ohanians - for their invaluable help. A special thanks also goes to our volunteers - Ruby Victor and Vlod Barchuk who gave their time for free and were a great support.
We would also like to thank Bernie Muir, Linzi Beuselinck and Paul Nicholas who generously donated to our Raffle.
