Paul Cavel will begin teaching simple breathing techniques to engage and circulate your life-force energy, known as "chi." Once the foundation is in place, you will progress to learning techniques to focus your mind's intent. Ultimately, it will be your intent that allows you to weave together internal power threads into one synergistic whole, where the real health benefits can be realised.
Existing internal arts practitioners will apply what you learn in your qigong, tai chi or bagua practice.

3-Day Intensive Salsa Teacher Training Course
27th-29th July '12
This course will prepare you for a UKA qualification.
On completion of the course you will be able to run your own classes as well as be employed by other schools.
No previous teaching experience is necessary.
This course will be both practical and theory based and will run for 12 hours over 3 days.
During this training course you will learn:-
- Teaching Techniques
- Psychology
- Class Management
- Class Presentation
- Musical Analysis
- Advertising and Marketing
- The History of Salsa Dance and Music
- The differences between the Salsa styles
- The UKA Code of Practice
- The Child Protection Act
To receive a Diploma, you will have to sit a 2 hour exam after the completion of your course.
